Best use of Mortarmate is to add directly to batch water in mixer to start. let mix in for a minute or so then start mix. When using for hand mix add Mortarmate to a little water and add to sand and cement mix, then mix. Use 15gm (1x scoop) Mortarmix to 15kg Cement. More may be needed if sand is wet or water is hard. Do not overdose or over mix as this could lead to weakened mortar strength.
Mortermate powder plasticizer is designed to make laying of bricks, blocks and plaster easier and faster. The mortar will hold water longer and the bed will hold up better.
